1. You are very important to us and our aim is to provide you with the best service.
2. A software evaluation will be sent to you based on the requirements you provide. The estimate will also vary if you change your needs.
3. 50% of the order amount must be paid in advance when your order is accepted.
4. You will be notified of the software delivery date once the order has been accepted. Your software will be delivered on that date.
5. Advance payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellation. If the work is more than the advance amount then the customer has to pay that amount.
6. 1000 rupees to reinstall if the software is destroyed on your computer.
7. Free service is provided for a period of 6 months only. Thereafter, you shall pay the Service Fee each time we provide the Service.
8. A proper receipt will be issued for your payment.
9. Full payment must be made while purchasing services like Bulk SMS, Domain, Hosting, Online Database, Printer, Biometric Device etc.
10. We provide quality software at the right price. We do not compromise on this.
11. We do not provide any service until the software payment is outstanding.
